2023 Knights of Columbus State Golf Tournament

The 2023 Kansas Knights of Columbus State Golf Tournament will be held July 22 & 23, 2023, at the Emporia Municipal Golf Course, Emporia, Kansas. All Kansas Knights are invited to participate. Please check back, more information will be posted on this webpage  as it becomes available.

Rules

1. Four Person Scramble BOTH Days
2. Tee times on Saturday and 8:30 Shotgun on Sunday
3. You are allowed one club length no closer to the hole
4. PLEASE observe hazards!  Marked with yellow or red stakes
5. 2 putt rule in effect BOTH Days-If a ball is ON THE GREEN and no one makes the first putt, pick up and count it as a 2 putt
6. PLAY READY GOLF-keep up with the group ahead of you!
7. Flights, scorecard playoffs, and rule interpretations will be determined by the Emporia Golf Course staff. 
8. Turn in your scorecard to the Golf Course Staff upon completion of your round
9. Senior Tee any GOLD Marker  Senior is 65+
10. Mulligans are for Saturday Only.  They may be used anytime during the Saturday round only. No carryover.  Use it or lose it applies. You must purchase mulligans before play on Saturday.     Cost $6 for 1 or $10 for 2.

 
NO ALCOHOL OF ANY KIND MAY BE BROUGHT ONTO THE PREMISES
 
Lunch will be served both days and is included in entry fee,

Mass Times
4:00 Saturday at Sacred Heart Church, 101 Cottonwood, Emporia
5:00 Saturday at St. Joseph Church, 306 Iowa, Olpe

Social Get-Together at 7:00PM Saturday night at the Parish Hall
Beverages will be provided
Hole Contest Prizes from Saturday will be awarded during the social
Drawing for prizes
No hole contests on Sunday
Prize Fund for all flights
